Frequently Asked
Questions
Find the answers to frequently asked questions below.
It can be difficult to determine which options are best suited for each individual. Everyone is different and we all use different methods to accomplish the same goal.
- Typically, if you are a task oriented and highly disciplined person the macro plan is a great option that allows you to still eat the foods you want but dial in on portion and calories.
- If you struggle with knowing what to eat or what not to eat, the meal guide option would be a good choice.
- If you are the type of person that needs someone to hold them accountable, or have tried diet plans in the past without much luck then coaching would be best for you.
If you are still unsure which plan is right for you I recommend setting up a free consultation.
Macronutrients make up the majority of the food we eat. There are three main groups:
- Proteins.
- Carbohydrates.
- Fats.
Eating different amounts of protein, carbohydrates, and fats will have different effects in our bodies. So by adjusting your macronutrient intake you can create the optimal ratio of protein, carbohydrate, and fat that will help you meet your specific health goals.
It depends. If you are a goal oriented and highly disciplined person check in’s may not be necessary. However, even the most disciplined people may benefit from check in’s and coaching. People who are athletes or people who have very specific goals are perfect examples of this. Even bodybuilders need coaches to help keep them on track.
Check in’s help to hold you accountable and allow you to discuss and get advice with where you are struggling most.
