Waffles With Greek Style Yogurt
- GF, DF Belgium protein waffle
- DF plain greek style yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup blueberries
Snack
Naan Bread Chicken Sammy
- 2 slices homemade GF, DF naan bread
- 5 oz grilled chicken
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- ½ cup grilled peppers, garlic and shallots
- ¼ cup sautéed spinach
Dinner
Chicken and Pasta
- GF rice pasta
- homemade DF pesto cream sauce
- 5 oz grilled or pan fried chicken breast
- ½ cup broccoli
Breakfast
Egg White Oatmeal
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ⅓ cup liquid egg whites
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 1 teaspoon chia seed
- 1 tablespoon pecans
Dinner
Garlic Ginger Salmon with Rice and Asparagus
- wild caught sockeye salmon
- garlic ginger marinade
- ½ cup cooked brown rice
- roasted asparagus
Breakfast
Open Face Smoked Salmon Egg Sammy
- 1 slice of GF bread (I use canyon bakehouse)
- ¼ smashed avocado
- sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning
- 4 oz smoked sockeye salmon
- 1 poached or pan fried egg
- handful of micro-greens (can substitute arugula)
- drizzle of tahini sauce (optional)
Breakfast

- pinch of everything bagel seasoning

- 2 homemade GF, DF naan breads
- 1 teaspoon homemade DF pesto
